external push to talk key?

anyone know where to get/if there are any ptt keys you can use i.e. some kind of usb button you can use with your feet and set as ptt key w/ ventrilo and so on
 
I have never heard of anything that would be able to do that. I'm trying to think of something that you could use instead..., and the only thing I can think of is to get one of those headset devices you would use with a phone and try to rig something up with that. However, it won't be all that efficient, but still might work. Could you possibly explain in more detail what exactly you're looking for/using it for?
