Extremely Loud Heatpipe Fan

Hi everyone. I have an MSI P6N SLI Platinum 650i motherboard with copper heatpipes. At the end of the heatpipe, where i believe its the NB chipset, there is a heatsink. On top of that i installed the tiny fan that came with the motherboard. It is extremely loud! It must be more than 50% of my PCs noise. Can i replace this, what are some suggestions?

You may not need to have it on if there is already a heatsink on the NB chipset. Just make sure you have good airflow going past it from a case fan/s and you wont need it. Mine is noisy as anything :(

is it useD? if it is then the bearings maybe going out... and you dont need a fan if the mobo didnt have one on the NB when you ordered it... unless the fan is really efficient , it will cool it good.. but if its a 2-5CFM then its not gonna do anything
