EXTREMELY URGENT!NEED ADVICE ASAP!!! compatibility ISSUE?!?!?!

i keep getting an error:

it says like ddrdevice notfound

and this is the same card, on two different motherboards. saying the same thing. what could it be?
 
i've installed the drivers and everything. swapped out vid card for the same model, swapped out motherboards for different model. it happened on the old motherboard and the new one.
 
Something tells me you have either a power issue, the 24-pins being or that you might have bad RAM on the board. It's not common, but it is very possible.

That or...how much wattage does your PSU have? Did you plug in the extra power cable to the card? It's very important to plug them. You probably did it, but I want to make sure :)
