What I am wondering is if I swap out the 2GB(1gbx2) sticks for these. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231166

Will there be any complication with my MB not being able to handle the 1066? Or any complication at all? Will I have to change anything in my BIOS to make it work? Thanks!

You shouldn't have any problems with the new RAM. It should set speed automatically but if it doesn't you will have to change some BIOS settings. Your manual will be able to help you with the specifics on how to do that.
