F4 to continue

I'd the Intel D865PERL, when I turn it on, I must press F4 to continue booting, how can I remove it?

There must be some error on the screen... Perhaps a CMOS battery problem?

The CMOS Battery is working,
Could that be a HDD Problem maybe??

When you boot are you hearing any beep codes before or when you see the request to press F4?

If so, how many beeps and what BIOS does your computer use (Award, AMI, Phoenix, etc...)?
