Haven't had a chance to get into this yet buy need ideas. Using windows 7 Pro 64 bit. the other day i go hit the shut down button and seen the yellow exclamation for updates. I took them. then shut down as usual. start up the next morning then message about update failure and uninstalled. rebooted started normal. that it was good. shut off last night and started this morning update failure. uninstalled the updates then rebooted as normal. works fine right now. Need some ideas how to follow up with this. Another question is how do i tell what updates its installing. does not say it on the screen during installation.
thanks

Use windows update manually to see what updates are trying to install. Then install 1 by 1 until it errors. Chances are it's net framework software.

just now got to the computer John. I had just turned it on and said something about looking for issues with update. uninstalled the updates and worked. Rebooted again and said installing updates and started up fine. i dont know but working ok.
thanks

I'll be back. I did turn on and doing again. Framework was one update, samsung update and security update. i did change the configuration for update to ask for my approval. i'll be running today. thanks. again.

Same problem now. I reboot and tries to update and says update failed. It says security update for windows based system. (KB3033929) and can't find anything on it or reason.
Any ideas?
