Fan and power connections

Okay, since my mobo has over 3 3 pin power connectors for fans, would it be smart for me to use those instead of just regular molex connectors?

and my mobo also has a aux power connection (looks like a 4 pin molex) on it
do i attach the molex plug to it as well?

If your mobo has a female molex connector on it, then you should probably go ahead and plug power in on it. As for your fan connectors... it really doesn't matter.
 
The AUX power is probably for providing extra power to the motherboard. The one on my mobo is for the GPU, specifically when using SLI.
