Fan Bays

Hi, I've just bought a case with only 1 120mm fan bay, will this make a difference? Are fan bays really important? The rest of the system will be an AMD Fx-62 AM2, Corsair DDR2 2Gb RAM, GeForce 7950 GTX 1Gb. It's going to be a joint venture between myself and my brother, I think he wants more fan bays, does it make much of a difference as we have bought an "artic cooler" cooling thingy

You'll probably have some issues when it comes to cooling with only one 120mm fan and that system. What case did you buy? Most decent cases have more than just 1 fan mount.

hmm, the idea of fans is to create a flow, with just one it starts the flow, but with nothing to support it, the flow will soon stop, you need at least 2 to get a good airflow going. Ina system like you've jsut listed price doesnt really seem to be that much of a aspect so stop buying cheap-ass cases and get a good one. Anywa,y if you buy a rubbish case the power of that system will be ogne (by looks anyway)
