Fan Controller ?

Can someone please explain to me how to set it up. Does it just have like 4 molex adapters in the back of it and u plug ur fan into it and then a molex plug from ur psu into the fan controller?

my fan controller, as well as every other one ive seen, hase 1 molex at the back. the on the actual usnit, it has 4 3pin sockets. the fans you use need a 3pin cable on it. if it doesnt you will need a converter.
