Fan cooler reverse is useful ?

I have setup in mobo of my "custom laptop" a cooler close to the central chip of motherboard, because mobo in hards apps, generate temps such 65+ C'
Close to this chip is and CPU but temps is normal about 55-60 in hard apps.

The only trouble is when i put closely a small fun cooler (got power supply from a usb cable, connect into a usb slot of laptop), in the "hot" chip of laptop mobo. But i setup is reverse.

Because if i setup it normal maybe fan propeller hit by accident some fragile part of mobo...

So i setup it reverse...

Now just take air from outside and send it inside, in the "hot" chip" (chip already applied a small cooler metalic).

As reverse the fan cooler make the things better or worst in to the naked mobo of laptop ?
( i have remove some plastic from the base of laptop case for better temps flow )

im not quite sure what you meant, but i think you meant you have set it up as an exhaust fan instead of an induction fan? If so, then yes it will help the temperature, but will help the temp of the whole 'laptop' rather than the CPU
