Fan for 2600+

My AMD 2600+ (socket A) is running at 65-67 C with a full load. I need suggestions for $20-$30 fans that could cool it down to at least 50 C...

CoolerMaster Dual Storm (its 80mm so yo can pt the fan on you old heatsink)
i have it on my pc, and it costed me about 30$
and yes, im quite happy with it ;)
