I am want to make my computer cooler but i was woundering what is better. I don't mind the noise it makes with fans. I have been saving up money for a while so it doesn't have to be cheap. IF, water is better is it hard to take care of it like cleaning the water or will it leak? thanks

1. If you've got some money saved up, get a nice vapor unit
2. If thats too expensive, get a nice watercooling setup with a good peltier ... anything else isnt realluy worth it
3. If you want to get the most effective solution, forced-air coolling is still quite capable
