Fan Plug in on Motherboard?

its probably a 3 pin connector

i didnt see one from the pictures
but if you cant find one on it just buy a 3pin to 4pin molex connector and it will just hook up to your power supply

That's good? And I can just plug it into the DVD/Hard Drive one and it'll connect straight through the power supply?

And it's not even turning on...RMA? The LED in the front (which is connected to the mobo) is on, but the system itself isn't going on.

do you have the wires connected correctly?
and it wont overheat if you dont have that fan as long as your heatsink is on your cpu with a fan on that

do you have the cpu in right?
theres only one way to put it in maybe its loose i know a computer will turn on without one but not do anything

you might want to get a second opinion but it sounds like your motherbored is broke, its very possible if this is your first attempt at boot up,

it could also be
if your cpu heatsink fan isnt plugged in it wont turn on either so try that

reason for edit, bad grammer
its still bad just better

Why would the LED be on and the Mobo be broken?

Now when I flick the psu on/off, the led on the front doesn't turn on/off...just stays on.

well leds don't take very much power, like when you turn somthing off it just gets dimmer after a few seconds that might be whats keeping that one on

or it could be a bum psu

Never mind. I got it. I forgot that the green connector for front panel is a blue cord, the blue connector is a gray cord, and the green/white one just doesn't plug in.

Well you should really do a clean install if you changed boards. But drivers will not have anything to do with not getting a signal to the monitor. Drivers dont load till windows is booting. Did you plug the 4 pin CPU power connector/plus is the standoffs in the right places?

Yup, 4 pin CPU Power connector = right place. Standoffs, I assume you mean Risers? All in the right place. I think one is missing, but I mean, it's off of the metal.

You just cant have a standoff where there is no grounded hole in the board or it will short out on the bottom of the board. Happens alot, board wont boot plus if it is in a bad place it can fry the board.

Edit.

What about the CPU fan, is it pluged in. Some board wont boot unless they detect a fan on the CPU fan header .

But the computer is booting, it's just not showing the image on the screen.

What I mean by not booting is the fans will power up and the case power light will come on but it doesnt actually boot or no monitor activity.
