Fan suggestion

Im putting my computer in a ful blue color scheme, and the one clashing thing right now is the 140mm brown and tan fan for my Noctua cpu cooler (see sig). I have been looking for a replacement, however it has been hard to find a fan with a Circular, not square frame (I think it is necessary because of the mounting holes, not sure). So if you have a suggestion (preferably amazon/newegg) for a good, relatively quiet, and BLUE (LED preffered, but not necessry) 140mm fan, please post.

Edit: In adition, I don't know much about internal case lights, but I would like some nice blue, LED ones for color schemeing, so suggestions also welcome, size and power shouldn't be an issue.

Go custom! spray paint the noctua!! Would get the look you want and continue using the same fan... if you go that route, post pictures--I was debating doing it to mine!!
 
I didn't find any blue LED fans, but I did find a blue fan with white LED's you could try.

If you can't find anything, I'd just recommend another CPU cooler that already has blue LED's. I know Noctura is good but sometimes you have to compromise.

I wouldn't recommend that, as the excess weight of the paint would probably put more stress on the motor and burn it out.
