So I've had my pc for about two years, I use it for primarily gaming and havnt had any problems up to now. Every so often the monitors would randomly go black and the computer would still be on but no signal to the monitor until I manually restarted the pc itself. And then this past weekend it got worst, my pc starts up and the fan is whirling like crazy going hyper speed and my monitors cannot connect hit then if I wait for another day it gets better. Does anyone know what's wrong?

The screen going black on you sounds like a video driver crash that is unable to recover. Make sure your video drivers are up to date.
As for the startup issue, I'd assume it's an issue with either hardware or the BIOS. Check what BIOS version you're running and look at the manufacturers support page to see if there is an update that is specified for fixing this POST issue.

So do you think there is a hardware issue?
It's possible. If it's a hardware issue, it's most likely RAM (may just need to be removed and re-seated in the slots).
Alright so I tried today and yesterday to open GeForce experience to check if my drivers are ok and when it's oppening my fan goes into hyper speed and my monitors lose connection I'm also seeing small freezes when I'm playing small games
