Could anyone tell me how to make my computer pick up the cpu fan or a programme that is good for controlling fans??
 
most commonly used is speedfan. works for alot of motherboard (fan speeds are controlled through your motherboard).

certain motherboard manufacturers also have programs specially made for their motherboards. You can use those to.

Or you can buy a fancontroller and hook them up.
