Okay this is what I would be buying and building if I werent going off to college, I would have $5,000 saved up but its now going towards living expenses, books, and whatever misc. things I would want or need when going off to college (football took care of tuition blah blah blah). So here it is.

I know this is sort of an overkill thing, and not really going to happen but I just thought I'd see what you guys have to say about my choices on parts that would have gone into my new desktop computer. I'm pretty sure everything is compatible. Eventually I will make my own computer, hopefully by the time Warhammer online and Starcraft II come out :D

Just wait, buy the QX6700 instead, get a cheaper dvd burner no point in paying almost 100$, get 2x 74gb raptors instead and run them in raid and probably get an ultra instead of a gtx if you can.

Hehe thanks for your replies, I've had that list saved in my favorites section for awhile now, so some of them are "out of date".:P
