the grounds are black and the water looks terrible. i've patched to 1.33. ideas?

Download the patch. That did it for me. I had the same problems.

YEs but only on one level and its VERY anoying but looks cool all the same. Anyone know how to combat this?

yeah, that's the one, I also get it with barrels sometimes too, and every so often vehicles or people, but the one you posted was by far the most blatant one.
