FarCry HDR

I am seeming to have some problems getting FC to run with hdr. I'm probally just missing some part. An help would be great.
Is all you need:
-The 1.3 patch
-no AA
-and the command 'r_hdrrendering7'

could be wrong ofcourse... but wasnt HDR in farCry only enabled with the x64 patch? (wich could only be run when using win x64)
 
It was the 1.3 patch. The command is "\r_hdrrendering #" where # is a number from 1 to 11. Most people say 7 looks the best.
 
Is there anything else to it? I take it the 7 series is supported and I wouldn't think the resolution would affect it. (1920x1200)

For some reason it doesn't want to work.
And if it is working then it doesn't make a big diff at all.

HDR should work on any cards that support HDR. I don't know if this is the case but on tweakguide they say you also need the graphics settings equivalent to Very High for it to work. The command might be case sensitive as well, try r_HDRRendering 7
 
I never had a problem running Far Cry with HDR on my old 6800nu with ultra high settings at 1280x960. Looked great. Too bad my disc 1 is too damaged for my drive to read i cant reinstall it : (. Anyone send me a copy of disc 1? lol.

The 7xxx series cant run the type of HDR that FarCry uses and AA, so either nothing will happen, or you will get alot of artifacts.
