Fast!!...Cheap!!...ISP???

Hey, I was wondering what the best value for money DSL/ADSL ISP around it. At the moment I have got Telstra Bigpond 256kbps Unlimited Downloads(slows to 64kbps after 10gb) for $59.95 a month. I was wondering was is the best Value for Money ISP at the moment. I had a look at TPG which was $49.95 a month 1500kbps, Unlimited Downloads(slows to 64kbps after 15gb). So what ISP do you use and is it cheap and fast or do you kno of any??????

Well, if you pay $60 a month now for 256kbps, why would you hesitate to get the 1500kbps for $50 a month? And i dont know what the rates in Australia are, but that seems pretty high.
