Fastest Processor

The fastest CONSUMER CPU would be the QX9650, and Intel plans to release the QX9770 in the first quarter of 2008.

I'm not sure if it's the world's fastest processor though. The IBM eServer Blue Gene Solution is located at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory and has a total of 212,992 CPUs total. So I guess that doesn't exactly count as one CPU, but it's still a beast of a machine. I'm sure that thing could play Crysis. :)

Have to find a way to dedicate a couple CPU's to graphics....
