Fastest Processor?

Hey guys,

I was just wondering what the fastest processor is out there for a laptop. I want to buy a new laptop and I want the fastest one I can get but I also kind of want portability. I was looking at the Dell xps 1330. It looks really nice and it seems to have a lot of power. So, on one hand I am asking you about what you think about that laptop as speed is concerned. On the other hand I am also just curious what the fastest processor is out there in a laptop.

The T9300 is the best bang for the buck without going into the Intel Extreme Series.
