Faulty Motherboard or Power Supply

Recently, my computer's video card has decided that it doesn't want to turn on, specifically after the computer has gone into sleep mode. Unplugging and plugging the GPU back in doesn't seem to fix things and time takes it's course. Now my computer has decided that it randomly doesn't want to turn back on. Usually after 5-10 attempts of flicking the PS switch on and off, it decides to power up. Thirdly, I noticed that some of the fans on my case will stop spinning, yet giving it's cable a wiggle fixes it. Do you guys know whether I need to replace my power supply or is this a mobo issue?

What is the exact make and model number of your power supply?

I would suggest replacing your power supply first.

However, if your power supply has died, and it was a cheap one with little protection, it may have damaged the motherboard thus preventing your PC from starting.

Turns out it was the power supply.
