Fax Machine

Hi is it possible to have a fax machine ,send a fax to that machine ,that then prints of a sheet of paper/form containing boxes that can be ticked (e.g male, female boxes). Then to tick one of those boxes send the fax back and be able to read the data on a PC application ?

Basically ticking different boxes on a form and having it read and stored as PC data eg word documents ?

And bearing in mind that there will only be a PC at my end ??

i was just wanting to know how this would work?

Yes, you can do PC Faxing. There is some software involved, obviously, but if you look for some PC Faxing software, that should be what you're looking for...
