Fax setup question

Hello,
Let me start by saying I know little about fax machines or how they work. In my office, we currently have a dinosaur of a PC (16 meg of ram) which our fax line plugs into. This pc accepts the faxes and reroutes them to a network printer where they are printed. It can accept multiple faxes coming in simultaneously.
I have been asked to try to find out if there is some sort of device available which can do this so that we can eliminate the need for that old pc.

I hope I have been able to explain this effectively.
Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

My first thoughts
A Fax machine :)

I guess what you looking for is some kind of stand alone fax server, kind of like a printer server but with fax capacity. I looked around and could not see on.

The best/only solution would just be a fax machine (at least that way you can send faxes as well)
