I created a Ubi account, and haven't gotten an email confirmation, but also can't create an online profile.. It says Account has been Locked. I'm using my Ubi login information, and the key I entered when installing.



Any ideas?

great.. hope you dont get the same thing as I had with EA.. I still didnt get my Hellgate London key to work (while I did send them a picture of the cd-key on the booklet and the bill I got when I bought it ) I mean, how hard can it be.
after nagging long enough they said they're going to take it to a 'higher level' whatever that means... havnt heard anything in 2 weeks again. (so I suppose I have to call once again. >.< ) So, I do hope Ubisoft is better than EA on these things really.
