Hello, what do you guys think of this laptop:

Dell XPS M1530
Intel Core 2 Duo T7500 2.2GHz/800MHz FSB, 4MB Cache
3GB Shared Dual Channel DD2 SDRAM at 667MHz (2 Dimms)
320GB 5400rpm SATA Hard Drive
Slot Load DVD+/-RW (DVD/CD read/write)
256MB NVIDIA GeForce 8600M GT

Would this run games decently and allow me to multitask? (ie: convert video files, surf web. Or, Download via uTorrent and play games)

Any feedback would be nice, thanks :)

Thats a great laptop, although it really depends on the price you paid for it.

The video card is decent as well, I had that in my Inspiron 1520, and it handled most newer games pretty well, although don't expect miracles when it comes to gaming. For multi-tasking however, it will perform very well.

What did you do with your laptop?

Well as of price, it was really cheap because they gave a 20% discount in dell when I bought it, $1,562 US. At least I think that's cheap.

And about the video card

I had a laptop which had 32MB of GPU... Trust me, this will be a miracle. :D

Also my desktop has 128MB, compared to 256MB it's quite the difference. So I think that a 256MB can prove to be impressive, tho I've never seen a 256 GPU's performance.
