Feser quad radiator on a single 9950 be?

My firend just a noob, i say my friend because hes the only one who helped me, suggested me get a feser quad. What kind of temps do you think i would be able to pull suggesting i have a far over adequate pump? Also how far do you think i can overclock this baby with it being stable? He suggested this probably because i might be adding a 4870x2 into the loop wich adds about 43568943c of heat (of course im kidding). But for now without the 4870x2 waterblock, what do you think i can pull on a 9950 be? I think it will hold to room temp no matter what, lol.

you might be able to hit ambient temps with the quad, but the temps will be way lower than air cooling, not sure on the 9950be, though, i know if you got a phenom two you could hit 4ghz
