Well I am curious as to what this file is, it is in my root directory and is quite a large .txt file. 20 mb in size and growing.

Here is a sample

I have tried doing a search on it and got one result and only one response that wasn't very useful to the person question. The guy said that he deletes it and the file shrinks to 0 bytes, but then bloats right back up again. Anyone have any idea?
