Fifa 13 --> fifa 14

I was just wondering how I can do these in FIFA 13 easily and quickly (NOT MANUALLY)

1) update the transfers
2) update player ratings

optional - update the kits as if i were playing FIFA 14

I play FIFA 13 on PC

How can I do 1 and 2 (update transfers and player ratings)

Does anyone have ideas?
