File Encrypting

I was wondering if anyone knows of a program that can be used to encrypt files in a business environment rendering them useless should they be removed?
 
TrueCrypt is an highly powerful encryption utility, it supports, for example, AES-Twofish-Serpent encryption; that means it can encrypt files 3 times over using 3 different algorithms each time. IMO I think you should use it...
