File Name Find and Replace Special Characters

Hello all,

I am working on a project where I have to upload a lot of files from a shared server to a database. One challange I am running into is that a lot of the file names have special characters like ampersands. The source destination doesn't accept special characters.

Does anyone know how I may be able to do a find and replace on a directory to change these special characters?

It has (among many other features) a section to replace characters or a section to strip certain characters out of the file names.
