File Transfer Help Needed! Asap!

OK, I just got my new HDD up and running, and I want it specifically for games. Is there any way to transfer them to that drive and keep it listed as installed?
 
NADA! With something simple like an old 8bit dos game you would simply copy the game's folder from one drive to the other. But as time went on and games have become more involved then some parts of Windows even you need a fresh installation to see things run correctly. Game saves and downloaded mods for some games are usually copied while autosaves require going through the game entirely when freshly installed.
 
Most of the games now have to be activated just like Windows with the product number on the software disk. You can't simply drag software folders from one drive to the next. You need a fresh install and often need to complete the full game again to see things like higher difficulty modes work(Prey there).
