Filesharing.

I have a question.
I´m from Germany and i wonder if it´s really dangerous to do filesharing.

That's impossible to say, while I doubt that there are too many people caught in Germany for illegal filesharing, its illegal so you get what is coming to you if you are caught. (sorry, my opinion)

no it's not. It only illegal if the file being shared is protected by copyright. You can share loads of freeware, or linux apps/distros

Agreed , not too sure what the punishment is but it will be harsh

yes, but nearly everyone who uses P2P programs, share music, films, video etc.

Yeah I was aware of that, I only labelled it such myself because ozzy responded 'i know' so I decided it would not be freeware etc he would be predominantly accessing, and he wouldn't be concerned in the first place if the stuff wasn't copyrighted.
