i was wondering what program you need to install .r00 .r01 and so on, files. and is there a special way?

That is a winrar split file. Just install winrar http://www.rarlab.com/ and open the file with it.

ok i need to word the question differently, how do you install these files

you do not install a rar file. A rar file is compressed file used for transfering other files.

First you need to uncompress the file to another file, then you install from the second file.

let me make it more simple.
install winrar, and them open one of the split file using winrar.
whatever is inside that file will show up inside winrar, just extract the file to any folder.
u need to do this only once coz winrar will automatically do the combined extraction from all the split files.

when u have extracted these files you will get what u want, a exe setup or an iso image etc..
then u will install that in the usual way.
