Motherboard: get GA-P35-DS3L
video card: get 8600GT DDR3
RAM: Too slow! Get the cheapest DDR2 800. Just £2 More.
PSU: No idea what PSU you've got, but you definately need a quality one.

DVD burner: why don't you get a SATA interface?
