Better processor? lol no thanks. For $1800 it's fine, if not great. Q6600 GO is 1 of the best cpu's out, plus it's ment for my needs, and I will get q9450 later on.

$1800 for a Q6600? IMO $1800 should get you a QX9650. Just my 2 cents.

i'm not sure if you're trying to max out on performance or trying to get a good PC. if it's performance vs cost ratio, you would probably score maybe a 5?

if you have all the money in the world, then yeah go 2x raptors in RAID-0. but how much speed are you really going to gain as opposed to one 7200rpm HD at what cost? one raptor is good enought. if you must have 2 raptors, it will be kind of loud so spending another $50 on quite case fans is counter productive when the case already comes with fans.
