1. Which do you guys think is a better setup? (Mostly going to be used for gaming)
2. Would you change anything?
3. Are the parts all 100% compatable (I've been browsing these forums quite often recently and i believe they are compatable)
4. I dont know much about a power supply so i was wondering if anyone could suggest any for me
5. I wanted one optical drive, but (like above) i have no clue on how to choose one

I already have my hard drive and my budget is $800 (but very flexible)
I know you guys get these requests often so i apologize in advance, but any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

1) IMO the second one is better.
2) not really
3) Can't go to all the links, I'm in China and the Internet is sooooo S.L.O.W.
4) Look for major brands like Antec. Also, when choosing, look at both watts and Amps.

Can anyone recommend a power supply for me?...i have no idea how to choose one (im assuming an ATX powersupply will fit hte case)

also...any good dvd drives out there that are cheap?

number 2 is absolutely with no doubt better. but you should back off a gig of ram and upgrade the video card. my enermax 535W is great it is not too expensive and it leaves much room for improvement. my video card will drap 32+ amps and the PSU will not stutter.
