I'd suggest you consider a different PSU as the Modstream, although they market it to seem like it has features like their killer PowerStream series.... doesnt. Something like the Antec Neo is modular and excessively better than the Modtsream.

Hm. That's fine with me..I don't wanna drop 88 bucks on something that isn't good. I do think the neopower is a bit much though. What about the 420w powerstream? if not, i may find an antec with some good ampage but a tad cheaper.

Oh yeah. I am changing my mind on the CPU cooler. I have decided to get a Thermalright XP90. I wanted this one becasue I heard it was better, also i am planning on putting a Tornado (5400 rpm) fan on it and crankin it up to full blast. (Sound isnt really an issue, i just want a cool [cold] computer.) Is this a bad or a good decision? thanks.

depends

it all depends on what your going to use if for. If you are a bigtime gamer, then it should be fine, but if u don't plan on playing many games, then a (about) $200 video card might be slight overkill, but everything else seems fine to me. Im a big AMD fan so I like the cpu. ANd the colder the better, so the fan is fine.
