I just placed my order today. Had to buy form TigerDirect & Newegg both...

MOBO - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813186098

CPU - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819103741

CASE - http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/searchtools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=186336

RAM - http://www.tigerdirect.com/applicat...5558&CMP=EMC-TIGEREMAIL&SRCCODE=WEBLET03ORDER

Since I'm out of money, my friend is lending me a 300W PSU and a 6600 GT PCI-X GPU. I dont know the detailed specs on either of them, but this is just temporary.

OK, now my question is how do i apply the thermal cooling grease on the CPU? And has anyone had any experiences with the parts i bought?

put a small rice sized dot on the cpu, then press the heatsink on firmly and dont remove it. its ok if you have to move it a little, but the less you move it the better. then bolt the heatsink to the motherboard and plug it in.

Btw: i got it on a "one day sale" for $99 :P

Btw: i got it on a "one day sale" for $84:cool:

Im planning on using it mostly for gaming, although of course i will find plenty more use for it. i just got th case and RAM, both very awesome. its crazy, i paid $34 for that RAM and today i checked its price and its $84! & my mobo's price also jumped, its $184 now! i lucked out.
