Finally upgrading

I've got £300 to burn on upgrades for my computer. All i really want to change are the main components, the mobo the cpu and the graphics card. Other than that i might upgrade my ram in the future but for the moment the rest is staying the same. £300 is about $550 but for some reason things are always more expensive in the UK so it's more like $400. I was thinking of something like this:

ASUS A8N-SLi Deluxe 939 NForce 4 = $115

AMD Athlon 64 3800+ 2.4GHz = $138

NVidia GeForce 7600GS PCI-E 512MB = $139

Total = $392

Any suggestions or improvements???

I doubt the 7600GS could utilize 512M RAM. Just get one with 256M unless it's no cheaper.
