Someone is sending me spam email. Despite my instructions to remove my email address from their list, I am still being bombarded with their emails.

I need to sue them to make them stop. If I knew their IP address, I could probably find out where they are. How can I find the IP address where this email was sent?

Just ignore and delete the emails; responding to them in any way lets the spammers know your email address is active leading to more spam.
Sounds like you are going to get a lot more. LOL
 
MMM is right, never respond to spam, once they know you are "live" you can expect a lot more.
If that "someone" can be filtered out in your Email program set up a rule and it will be automatically deleted. These spammers run outside of the law and suing them is not an option for you so configure your Email and forget about it.
Spam is a fact of life.
