Finding Cheap Copies of Windows 7

The days of buying Windows 7 for cheap are over. The cheapest you'll find it for is $99 on Newegg.
 
I managed to get an OEM version of windows 7 home premium 64-bit at frys for $80. They have a policy of matching prices with their competitors and there was a copy being sold on Amazon ( has to be sold by the competitor and since Amazon was selling and not someone using Amazon ) they matched the price!
 
I don't trust random oddball sites like that, but glad you had a good experience :good:
 
It can be had from Newegg for 80 when they do their email discounts. Sometimes W7 gets discounted.
 
If you can somehow purchase it as a student or you or your friend's work have a website where they buy their stuff from, that would be good.

My mum was given a link by her work, this site does huge discounts if you are given a link of where you work. I just bought from the website; Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit for $30!
 
All you lot in UK who are under 16, or still in full time education, drop me a PM and I can give you a site for majorly discounted software. Not sure if I should put it on open forum although it is total legitimate.

Microsoft Dream Spark... Microsoft Give Students free operating system software such as Windows Server to help with IT studies, it is legit and legal, if you have a student id, go to microsofts website and look up dream spark.
