Finding deleted messages?

Two days ago I deleted, by mistake a number of chat messages from Message Archives on Yahoo Messenger. Is there any way you can delve into the depths of the computer to retrieve them? I have tried computer restore, no luck.

I remember a long time ago, a friend lost/deleted some documents he had wrote on Micro Works and he found them by going here and there on his PC. Thanks. RT.

did you try the recycle bin? its sorta basic but its just an idea

There are programs that are suppose to recover that sorta thing. Google for them. I dont use any or know of its essense if it works or not, so just Google around for it.

Get Data Back. It has saved my ass a few times from accidental mishaps. But you need a seperate drive or partition to recover to.
