finding error messeges

if say you have for an example a x10002130 error hwo do you look it up to see what you can fix. I have one if i dump my RAM or defrag it, it shuts myPC down badly.
 
thats just a memory location and will not really give you much help in tracking down the cause of the error. Try running memtest on your ram to see if it is flaking on you
