does anyone know which is or what software to use to track down peoples names and information on both in the united kingdom or usa, a software which allows to find adresses and peoples names as well as info, i heard about net detective but i'm not sure if that covers the u.k. only america but i'm not sure, also i need to be able to find anyone on a type of database system, getting on towards police like technology; so if anyone knows which software is best or where i can find websites and reviews on this particular field of software i would like to know....
