Fingerprint not working?

Hello. Bought a phone a while ago from China ( Ulefone Gemini ). It was working perfectly , but all the sudden the finger print scanner was not responding. I went into settings and deleted all the prints and attempted to add them back, but when I put my finger on the sensor , it says "Partial Finger print detected. Please try again.". I tried a lot of timed, cleaned my thumb and the phone, factory reset it , restarted it, deleted the internal storage and flashed the stock ROM manually, but the problem is still there. I tried contacting the company but they gave the usual crap " restart it, re do the fingerprint, wash it, try again, reset the phone, blah blah blah"
 
Never buy a knock off phone!!! How do you want us to miraculously fix this? If the company won't do anything, then you are shit out of luck.

Its not a knock off? Why do you think its a knock off? I think you can help fix it because its probably a software bug.

Why does being from China have anything to do with it? There are some good phone company's in China, like OnePlus.

HECK, EVEN IPHONES ARE MADE IN CHINA. LOL.

BTW, I sent the phone back for free repair, now it's fixed.
