Finish a second, backup computer, or sell?

Hi all,

My current PC (below in sig) is just lacking a few more upgrades, but by the time it's done, I will be pretty happy with it.

But with all those upgrades, I will pretty much have a bunch of old parts leftover to put into my old Gateway GT5252 and make it a decent computer. I can see some scenarios where having a second desktop would be nice, but if I could sell it for a decent price, I might just do that. What do you guys think of this backup computer below (containing parts I anticipate it having soon):

Gateway GT5252 Media Center
CPU: AMD X2 4600+ (Windsor AM2 - 2.4 GHz)
HDD: 320 GB HDD SATA II (8 MB cache)
RAM: 4 GB PC4200 533
GPU: PNY GeForce 9600+ (512 MB)
PSU: Antec TP3-550W
Stock DVD-RW/CD-RW
Onboard sound

Think I could fetch a decent price? If not, I wouldn't mind just keeping it on the side for whatever reason.

I am guessing you could probably get around $190 for this system without a Windows Operating System on it. With Windows on the hard drive probably a little over $200. Any other opinions?

yep 300$ at least. the 9600gt is a very powerful card, it some cases par with the 8800gt. BUT, I don't care to much for the DDR2 533 RAM and the 4600+, bit outdated don't you think?
