firefox casalemedia !!

Hi all
I wanted to see if anyone else had this casalemedia loaded,
I guess its some kind of cookie that firefox loads from casalemedia, no matter what i do, spybot still finds it, is this something new or something i should worry about?

any help would be just super,

It's nothing to worry about, casalamedia provide those pop-unders you get on some sites with things like "congratulations, you've won (insert what you like here)", if you run something like Ccleaner (this can be set to run on startup) or Cleanup, they'll delete all the cookies, as well as all temp files and a load of other junk.
