Firefox Cookies

it seems at any random time firefox decides to forget my cookies, so I have to re-type all my username/pass in... not a big deal... but everytime I do that, the day later, the cookies are back... but theirs 7 usernames in their, and their all the same!

I want to know how to delete select cookies, so It dosn't rack up a bigger duplicate list, then what is already their...

Perhaps:
Open Firefox>Tools>Options>Privacy>Remember visited pages for: it's 1 ny default, change that to 9999 or something.

The other option is to disable cookies. That's Privacy>Check Always clear my private data.
